Short sleeve blouse

This is a beautiful blouse. The fabric has an almost ruffled, almost crimped like style, just barely covering the shoulders. It is a very striking print, which is blue and white, it’s definitely a statement piece. It is a V-neck where the fabric meet up it is joining together by golden tone pendant with dark etching for aesthetic purposes. It’s a beautiful blouse.
