Short sleeve button down w/shoulder tie accent Tatyana top size 4X (SBXL)

This top runs really small! It says 4XL but fit more as a 16 or XL. Black & white polka dots. Front ties at the shoulder. Multifaceted black button details. Cut tags to wear but I believe it is polyester and dry clean or hand wash only (I dry cleaned). Smoke free and pet free home.
