Does this fit true to size? Could I please see a pic of how the sleeves fit?

It is true to size. Size Small, the top part of the shirt is leather like material so it does not have much give and may be tight around a larger breasted person. The sleeves are normal sleeve like, not fitted. Hope this helps :)
