Short sleeve knee length black and print summer dress

Summer dress. Short sleeves, print mostly at the bottom and sleeves and shoulders, elastic at waist. Buttons down the front. Does have a tie that is tangled but it only for decoration. I cut out the back tag as it was itchy but the care tag still there. It is a size L. For reference I am 205 lbs, 38D bust,
