Short sleeve midi dress

Love this dress. It comes with a skinny belt. Total length is 33”. Across the breast is 19”. Across the hip is also 19”. There are little belt loops on each side of the hips. The dress is in perfect condition. The belt has a little wear to it but just on the inside of it (shown in the last pic)
