Short sleeved Striped v-neck peplum top with ruffle cuff

Striped v-neck peplum top with ruffled short sleeve. Darting In the front gives it a nice shape, with an elastic waist in the back for comfort. Buttons are functional. Size small. Measurements taken laying flat and relaxed: bust 34.5”, underarm to hem 14”, shoulder width 14.5”. Excellent new condition.
