owlandpearl @wicked_thrifts I think so, yes. I’m not sure what men’s sizes or measurements correspond to a women’s size 8 but this is a pretty true fit. I’m 5’8 and it probably hit a few inches above the knee but def not too short.

owlandpearl @wicked_thrifts not really. I think I wore it with just really sheer nude-colored hose, which I don’t seem to have any more. I’ve been MAJORLY decluttering.
