Short, white dress with jewels and a sheer neck

This dress is a cute alternative to the long prom dress, or could be used at a black tie event! It reaches just above the knee, with layers underneath to give it a little volume but still very light and flows! It has a sweetheart neck, and jewels on the bodice. There is also a small sheer panel on top, which comes up and buttons in the back like a halter top! Never worn because I backed out from a short dress last minute, can send in dress bag! Extra buttons included
