Short/midi skirt w/black net overlay

Pull on skirt with elastic waist. black underskirt is approximately knee length and attached black netting is midi length. Very edgy and cool! Would be so cute with a tank top, flip flops and denim jacket- or dress it up with pearls and heels! This is a medium but stretches very nicely up to a large.
