That's shocking to me for Kim Rodgers size 16, that they're 17''flat back measurements or 34'' full measurements. I've got lots of Kim Rodgers size 16 pants- shorts- capris & skorts they all measured laying flat 18''. I'm thinking these size 16 could be an error or when making something happened to be a few inches smaller. 😣😢I really liked them too. Had the perfect outfit from your closet. A summer blouse to wear with them.
