It has three-quarter puffy sleeves to the elbow with a gathered ruffle .an elastic smocked waistline . Dress is lined .dress has ruffled hem The collar has a ruffle, at the neckline could be closed with hook and eye, or left open. The little gold flakes in the dress give it a little sparkle.
