@beaches1983 - sure: inside of bust is a light corset/boning that measures 27.5 but stretches. Just under bust (at Empire Seam) is 31" - I'm 30" just under the bust and this is definitely loose on me. To give you an idea of the tulip flare, the width at the bottom of the pockets is 42". Overall length of dress is 28".
