Shoulder Bag Cats Meow

Bought this from the designer, Barbara Cowley. It is reversible!! From the knot at shoulder to bottom is 29". It is made out of cotton with a thin interfacing. One side has cats and chairs, reverse side is the cat people. Really cute. Never been used. There are no pockets.
