Shoulder Cut-Out Dress

This dress is super flowy and soft, with a deep green t-shirt material. The tag is missing but fits me (typically wear size medium). There is a very small hole on the seam where the tag was. The sleeves fit tightly and the shoulders are cut out (for style, not DIY!) Smoke free home.
