Shoulder Floral Blouse with Wide Sleeves

Bought at a boutique called DuO in Montrose. Retails for $68, worn once. Has a floral pattern with navy blue and brown stripes on the bottom lining. It's one size fits all. I'm a size medium for reference. It has straps so you don't have to worry about it sliding off.
