Shoulder jewel dress

Carmen Chirino Boutique Gown worn once to a wedding. it's missing the size tag but I'm a size 6 - 8 for reference. It's a very stretchy material and form fitting. Unfortunately, 1 of the "jewels" fell as shown in the picture. It has a small spot in the inside of the dress collar (also shown in picture) Dress cost was 600 dollars at this famous Boutique in Puerto Rico (Carmen Chirino) and price reflects small imperfections.
