@emmyhoppy the back is just an elastic band since the top is a halter. I am about 5'3 and wear it with wedges and it hits the floor. It's the "Heather Halter"...they have it shown in tons of patterns and colors on their website.

Oh nooooo! I just read it was hemmed!!! I'm 5'11 and need the extra length...was the fabric left on and just folded or was it cut off? I'm going to cancel my offer and wait for your answer. Hopefully it will work!!!
