It has been professionally altered in two ways— 1) the hem has been shortened by approximately 3 inches (it was so long when I got it!). To give context— I am 5’5” and I wore it with flat sandals; it covered my feet. I think it would be hard to wear it with heels now if you’re a lot taller than I am— if you’re close to my height, you can still wear them. 2) I had the neckline sewn closed a little (you can see this in the pictures in my listing compared to the pictures of the dress on the website). It was so open that I was not comfortable. The last thing I’d like to emphasize is that this dress will need to be dry cleaned— the wedding I wore it was an outdoor wedding and so there’s some dirt, etc. on the hem.
