High waisted flowy maxi skirt. Side zipper and shirt slip underneath. Great for tall women - I’m 5’7” and it’s too long for me (had to wear platform heels). Length is 47”. Size is medium but the waist feels more like a small. Wore once. There is a tiny hole in the front where the dry cleaner attached a safety pin during cleaning. See below tag in picture.
