jilldoll @madicensmom the waistband is elastic, but it is 12 1/2 inches from side to side. The length of the pants from the waistband to the end is 46 inches, and the inseam from the crotch to the bottom is 34 inches

jilldoll @uniquelyloved30 the pants are 97% cotton 3% spandex. I have quite a few pairs of Momo pants and these definitely fit more like a small than a medium. I purchased them from somebody else about a year ago on posh.
