Show stopping formal black dress - open / ruffle detail in the front

Betsy & Adam brand from Nordstrom - purchased October 2023 and still current in store. This was only worn once and is in perfect shape - priced to reflect that. I’m only selling as I anticipate not having another event in the near future to wear it to, and it’s such a unique piece. Absolutely beautiful and received SO many compliments. Thicker material - size six.
