Floreat brand from Anthropologie skirt. The details on this are amazing - sheer black hem, beautiful embroidery, crinoline... I loved it so much and I'd wear it with a denim blazer and flats or heels. I just don't wear it anymore because it's a little snug in the waist and it's just sadly sitting in my closet. Dry clean only. 26 1/2" from waist to hem. Side zip - no pockets. Skirt fabric mostly cotton - so very comfortable/breathable. It's such a great skirt.
