Shredded Chef Cookbook

Shredded Chef cookbook full of recipes for a lean body. The recipes are simple, and do not require a long list of ingredients, or uncommon ingredients. I used this book for a little while then decided to go Vegan. The recipes in this book do include cheese/dairy and meat. Great shape, a few of the pages have a slight wave due to humidity.
