Emma shirred checked cotton-poplin dress. Plaid, black and lime yellow stripes. Has an elasticized tube bust, with a collar that acts as an elevated halter top. It’s a UK size 8, so a US 4 (Waist 26”/27" and Bust 33”/34"), the waist does not have elastic. Bust area does so there is some wiggle room there. Never worn, new with tags, selling because too small for me
