Gorgeous, one of a kind, hand made sequin, beaded accents hand sewn to a black underwire push up, padded convertable bra. The vintage tag is ripped, but it appeares to say "Shulanna" 38/85 on front. The back says "Meishulanna...? Made in China. Straps are fully adjustable, and removeable, so you can switch them out with other straps, possibly wear strapless, and can wear straight, or X racer back for an additional lift.
