Side Tie Wrap Dress (hollister)

*from the website* "A pretty mini dress in an ultra flattering, wrap-front design that ties at the side. Featuring lightweight textured crepe fabric in floral print, v-neck and adjustable shoulder straps. Imported Model is 5'9" wearing Size S" I originally got this for $45 (+ ship/tax) but it was too small for me in the chest area and I missed the return-by date. I've never worn it out but I have tried it on. Its sort of a shame because it's really cute and lets me twirl like a fairy (lol).
