Side cut out sleeveless Flare dress ivory zip back

Dress never worn but tags ripped off.. star zipper still has wrapping on it. Side cut outs and zipper down back. Flare/Aline dress style. Color is an off White more ivory/cream color. Beautiful quality and fun silhouette just not my personal style. Size small, fits a 00-0; runs on the smaller size for an AU small- tags say Small though!
