Sienna Sky Off the Shoulder Dress, Women's, White with Blue Floral Print, Flowy

Sienna Sky off the shoulder dress, with cinched waist and cream/white inner lining. Has a cute bow detail on the front as well. In excellent condition--only worn twice, decided the off the shoulder style wasn't for me. There are no signs of wear except for a tiny dot on the inside lining of the dress (shown in last picture). It is a US Women's size extra small, but I wear smalls and this fits me fine as the waist and shoulder area have stretch to them. Please refer to the measurements below to ensure a proper fit.
