Bought these high-quality, technical rain pants for my daughter and she only wore them once. They're 10k waterproof/breathable, lightweight and packable. Ideal for travel, jogging or walking the dog in wet weather. Elastic waist with drawcord cinch, 3/4 zippered legs with an elastic hem (with rubber strips to keep them from sliding up) and back zipper pocket. Laid flat, waist is 12" across (stretches to 16") and inseam measures 30". Perfect condition. Machine wash and dry.
