Sigerson Morrison Belle boots ankle zipper

Belle by Sigerson Morrison Boots, Size 8.5. Originally purchased when I worked at their store in downtown NYC. These boots need some love but read on. Boots look great on, I love the design. They need some new heel tips, the two pieces of leather at the top of the boots are separating a bit. Easy fix at shoe repair, Please look at all the pics!
