Signature 8 White Pink Green Floral Sweetheart Neckline Micro Mini Fitted Dress

Has straps. Is stretchable. Has puckering near the zipper so it have have shrunk. The shoulders have a lot of stretch but the waist has only about an inch when pulled to the side. Tag states medium but it runs smaller so I will list it as another size. Please see all measurements for best size & fit. Great for petites.
