Hello, can you tell me a little bit about the bottom of this bag? Is it a hard bottom or is it soft? Does it seem like there's an insert in the bottom under the lining? Thank you very much!

@lacygorzynski yes, there is a scratch on the outside bottom of the leather & the base is made out of leather, nor soft leather so it fully stands on it own. let me know if you have any other questions. TY
