poorlittlegirl @sunflowerstreet when you speak of “stretchy” are you specifically Speaking of the waist elastic which can be expanded where are you speaking of the 20 inch measurement which could expand another 4 inches?

sunflowerstreet @poorlittlegirl stretchy around the waist yes. Ill have to double check if it can go 4inchs passed 20". without stretching them they rest at 16" but I do remember they were quite forgiving and could stretch out pretty well.
