Signature Collection sheath dress size small cobalt blue and black Mothers Day 6

This is a cobalt blue sheath style dress by Signature Collection. It’s a women’s size small which is indicated on the tag but it also says size 6–8. Primary color of the dress is a very pretty shade of blue and then it has a black band that goes around the dress. It’s a very good quality material and only been worn once to an event. It zips up the back and the zipper is intact and fully functional. Has one minuscule spot on the inside of the dress up near the zipper track but other than that no stains no holes. It’s literally so tiny that it’s not even worth mentioning, but I’m honest about my listings so still wanted to mention it . Please look at all pictures included. The dress is a gorgeous shade of blue that would look absolutely stunning on a variety of skin tones. Perfect dress for work, a date night, a wedding or Mother’s Day.
