kathykat5 @michellebetts67 They are correct. The rise is 9". So you would measure from the 9" rise around your body.

michellebetts67 @kathykat5 I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. The tag shows a W28 for the waist, but the description says W32. The length is L32 on the tag, yet it’s listed as L26 in the description. Even subtracting the 9-inch rise from L32 gives a 24-inch inseam. The rise is the measurement from the crotch to the waistband, so to find the inseam, the rise is subtracted from the length.
