Signature Studio skinny stretch Terra cotta jeans Sz 12 but fit like size 10

like new and such a pretty color. more of a Terra Cotta that can act as a neutral..it goes with many colors. I bought these for my own wardrobe but the pants are not size 12.. I still am seeking this color. these fit more like an 8-10 with a mid rise and 29" inseam. the hip measures 18" across from Sideseam to Sideseam. the waist measures 15" across the front. 98% cotton and 2% spandex.
