Pair with a bolero for cooler months, or leave as is for the summer. The top has a sweetheart neckline that mirrors under the bust for an elongated empire waist. The straps have snap details to keep bra straps in place under them as well. The skirt of the gown has two layers: the outer black and white ombre chevron chiffon, and a white underskirt.
