lecouch I'm very interested but I'm confused about the sizing. Is the hip measurement the circumference? A 15 inch hip seems sized for a child. Sorry if this sounds confusing!

bevyhillsy @lecouch oh it’s because the waistband is flex. So measured not on a body it comes to that but obviously the waistband will stretch when worn
