Signed 23 Limoges style jumbo hand painted courting lovers porcelain brooch

Interesting vintage or antique piece! Stamped with a 23 on the rear. The only record I could find of any similar mark was an unnamed producer of porcelain in Great Britain/Bristol during the late 1770-1780s but this could also be a serial number in a limited release. Frame is likely mid-1800s with a clasp that appears to have been soldered on at a later date. Unknown metal shows a little buildup. Clasp functions perfectly.
