Signed Scarf Clip

Lieba USA was based in Baltimore, Md. The company applied for a patent for scarf clips in 1987 and produced several designs. This clip is a bit unusual because it is an oval shape rather than round. A fun piece that can be worn many ways: clipped to a sweater or blouse neckline, clipped on a coat or jacket lapel, clipped on a purse or boot top, and if you like to experiment, maybe even as a hair clip.
