jadwigao Hi you mention its 4 but will fit more size 2 so I am assuming runs smaller ? any chance you can poet measurements please and is there any stretch to his skirt ? I am usually 4/6 in this type of the skirts so may be way to small is its 2 THANK YOU

eyesoftheworld8 @jadwigao Hi, good question, so the waist is 13.5 in across (so about a 27 )and has 2% elastane. I think it stretches nicely / easily. I hope that helps!
