In perfect condition except the elastic closure inside that attaches to button is stretched out and needs to be replaced (a tailor should be able to do).

In perfect condition (dry cleaned and everything) except the elastic closure inside that attaches to button is stretched out and needs to be replaced (a tailor should be able to do).
