Silence + Noise Pleated Strapless Cocktail Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thirdfox. Brand new with tags- but it was too large for my daughter. She tried to quickly alter the back and it was still too large for her. She removed the stitching, but left a few holes- see the pictures! From a distance, you would never notice (especially with the pleating). Price reflects my daughters handy worn 🤦🏻‍♀️. Fitted bodice with pleated sheer overlay (with double slit) and shorter slip underneath.
