EUC. Wore this prob about 3x but it's a fun and vibrant romper by Silence + Noise Urban Outfitters. Size small, has pockets, elastic waist band, v-neck with a snap closure, back is sheer, sleeveless. Front length 29", waist 13", across bust 17". Material content: 100% polyester, hand wash cold. No lining.
