Silence & Noize Urban Outfitters embroidered women's vest. It's a size Small. It measures approximately 19" from armpit to armpit and 21" from the center of the front collar to the bottom front hem. It has an angled zip front with decorative epaulets on the shoulders. It's brand new...never worn and still has the price tag on it. I'm just trying clear out the closet so selling a ton of stuff on eBay to make room.
