Silence and noise Urban Outfitters swing top

Silence and Noise swing top/ mini dress. I’m 5’qp, so this is definitely a top for me, but it is long enough I can wear it with just leggings. Shorter people might be able to get away with it as a dress. Raw hem, lightweight and perfect for spring. Zipper up the back. Such a pretty piece and the darts make it really flattering.
