Silence and noise charcoal tunic dress medium

This cute tunic or short dress is a dark heathered charcoal gray and made of soft t-shirt material. It is size medium and has a very loose and generous fit. Was great for summer! Worn a few times but still in great condition. Purchased from urban outfitters.
