Silence+Noise black velvet strapless mini dress

This is a cozy dress that can be worn under a blazer,shawl or all on it's own! The "strappy" detailing on the dress seems subtle, but really brings it together and makes the architectural statement 🖤🖤🖤 Worn and washed once and in need of a fashionable home! I kind of want to say this is a deep midnight blue color, but when I compare, it seems like it really is just black 🤷‍♀️ maybe a raven-shine to it.
