Thin material, so a nude camisole might be best. The pleating is on entire blouse, incl. sleeves, which allows for flexibility in the fit, as we all have different-shaped arms, stomachs, boobs, etc. The ruffled detail is around collar & down the front (reminds me of an old-school tux shirt!), w/a flutter effect around hem. This shirt is on the long side, which is great for long torsos, or those of us who like more coverage. Hidden buttons down the front!! Looks pink, but really more of a CORAL!
