Silk Asian jacket. No tags but absolutely beautiful. Believe that it is a medium

This lovely jacket is artsy and fon, colorful. Very good used condition. From my resurch it may be called a Keralo. if you know anything about this item, please share with me. I took lots of photos so you can see the beauty. It seems to be a size medium. pit to pit flat measurement is 21". Sleeves are 18". The top to bottom length is 30".
